Where in my current program can I see my profile. The email addresses I thought I used all say I don't have an account with you. I cannot remember what I used but it has to be one of those three.

Also where do you log in.

Hi Jo - we'll take a look - you may have logged in via your Microsoft Account method - we'll look at the user logs...

Hi Jo

yes, we checked - you had synced using the "Microsoft account' method - so you did not create an Index Cards user account. So to login just choose the Microsoft Account option. the microsoft account you used was bl*****50@big****.com

Hi Prem

Thanks for you quick reply.  I sent another support request I think because I don’t know how to change the one I have downloaded onto my new computer into a paid account.  I started up another account using jo.marshall@bca.org.au on both hoping that would change my new computer to a paid account but it doesn’t appear to have done so.  It is so cheap I am happy to buy another one but once I get this one up and running and won’t need the other.

I love this program by the way.

Kind regards

Ah yes, so the 'license' is actually connected to the Windows account, not the login used to sync data.

so if you can use your same windows login on both computers then you don't need to buy another app!

but if say one computer is yours and the other at work, that most likely won't be the case so you will have to (unfortunately) buy the app twice. much appreciated, it helps to feed the developers!

No, they are both work but as I said it is so reasonably priced I am happy to buy it again.  Will do so today. And then I might use the other one for home.
