Lost cards! Please help

For the past couple of days my cards have not been saving when I exit the app and I've have now lost literal days of work. I sync it to the cloud today and still had issues. Then my app completely stopped working. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it expecting all my remain cards to remain synced, and I could get them back upon reinstalling. and now they're all gone. weeks of work. Is there any way to get them back because I'm honestly freaking out- it's not my fault the app stopped working (though it is my fault I didn't more properly check that my data was gonna be saved).

Hi Petra

Arg. If you had uninstalled without backing up that is not ideal, but you are not wrong thinking the app should have save to cloud.

have all the cards gone or only recent ones? did you make a backup before uninstalling?

we will see what we can do to help

i am looking at our users list, and i see you use 2 different logins for syncing - which one were / are you trying? you created an Index Cards login and also a Microsoft login was used. please check that you are syncing with the right one?

Hi,

Sorry, it's now saying that my email I used to make my last comment has no account attached to it, hence the reply from a different username. I used my Index card login and got nothing, so I tried by Microsoft account and some of my data is there, however, my more recent stuff doesn't seem to be there. It does seem that some of my cards are re-appearing though, so I might give it a couple of minutes to see if any more load

yes please give time to download... it might be that you had initially used the other email account.

seriously happy all is there - we do also have some fixes coming this week for saving - there is an issue on exiting app and data saving. (so you're not going mad there!)
